Sam obtained his degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and has since been working at Physiomed where he has helped people lose weight, get fit, and correct improper movement patterns.  He is an NCCP level 1 certified Coach, and has a special interest in helping people to be more physically efficient and prevent future injuries.  He draws on his experience as a competitive sprinter and basketball player when designing active programs that promote healthy hip joint mechanics that reduce low back pain and also specializes in weight loss programs.

Erica Robinson; Nutrition Coach

Erica is a Certified Kinesiologist, Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Holistic Nutritionist.   She specializes in nutritional counseling, passive treatments including Soft Tissue Release and PNF Stretching, and Fitness Testing including the Clinical Functional Fitness Screen and the CPAFLA (Canadian Physical Activity, Fitness and Lifestyle Assessment).  She obtained her Kinesiology & Health Sciences Degree from York University, a certificate from Humber College in Fitness Leadership, and a Diploma from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.  She aspires to becoming a Naturopathic Doctor in the future.
