A sponsorship package/letter will be provided for each player. This package/letter help subsidize and cut costs for each player. The player will be asked to seek sponsorship from any size of business, family or other means. Each sponsor will be used only towards that player's fees, unless presented otherwise.
 
The executive staff will also be active in seeking sponsorship, for the team to help cut costs as well. 

The sponsorship package will be ready by August 30, 2010

Gatorade Team Fundraising Program and Team Black:

Team Black Baseball has come together with Gatorade to help offset the cost of the players fees. The Gatorade Team Fundraising program allows TBB with a great opportunity for their.  Here is the program.

The Basics

• Gatorade Fundraising is a tool that provides teams with the opportunity to purchase Gatorade® and G2® beverages in order to help teams raise funds for their season.
• Gatorade® Thirst Quencher products and G2® Electrolyte Beverages are available (where sold) in all flavours in the following size: (6 x 591 mL bottles/case).

We will carry 20 players for the 16u team. The team will consist of the following
- 2 Catchers
- 8 Pitchers
- 10 positional players

The cost per player on the 16u team is $5500.

Here is the breakdown of the cost:

Fall Ball: $1500 (paid on/before September 4th)
Included:   - Games
                       - 3 Wood bats of players choice
                       - Umpires
                       - Fall Uniform 
                       - Fall Tournament(s) (Hotel, Travel, Tournament fees)
                       - Travel Insurance

Winter Training: $1000 (paid on/before November 15th)
Included:    - Winter training
                        -  Fitness program
                        - Winter outfit

Spring/Summer Ball: $3000 (paid on/before February 28th)
Included:    - March Break Trip (Arizona, California or Florida)
                        - Exhibition Games
                        - Umpires
                        - Regular Season Games
                        - Travel Games (United States)
                        - Travel Insurance
                        - Regular Season Uniforms

We will carry a full compliment of 25 players on the 18u team. Here is how we will operate the team by position:

- 11 Pitchers
- 11/12 positional players
- 2/3 catchers

The cost for each player on the 18u is $6000.
